Use License
Permission is granted to use SmartMails for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include:
- Modifying or copying the device or software
- Using the device for any commercial purpose
- Attempting to reverse engineer the technology
- Removing any copyright or proprietary notations
Disclaimer
SmartMails is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the device will detect all mail accurately or that notifications will always be delivered on time. The service may be subject to technical limitations and environmental factors.
Limitations
In no event shall SmartMails or its creators be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the device, including but not limited to missed mail, notification delays, or device malfunctions.
Accuracy of Information
While we strive to provide accurate mail detection, SmartMails may not be 100% accurate in all conditions. Factors such as weather, mailbox conditions, and sensor calibration may affect performance.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of SmartMails after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
